For your initial lesson, you'll only be charged for that session to ensure you're completely satisfied! If you decide to continue with weekly lessons, we will bill you monthly in advance. Payments are due on the first of each month and cover all scheduled lessons for that period. We will contact you directly for payment information once this form is submitted.

Lesson Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy *

To reschedule or cancel a lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If a student needs to miss a lesson, they may contact the instructor to arrange a makeup lesson either by rescheduling or extending their regular lesson time by 15 or 30 minutes.
